All deposits to Winstar4D accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating FPX banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.
Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to the Player's account balance instantly. FPX bank transfers may require5 to 15 minutes for processing. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification and have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawals.
The Company processes withdrawal requests typically within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers within the same business day; USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to blockchain confirmation times. These are indicative timeframes only and are not guaranteed.
The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals, high-value withdrawals, or withdrawals to newly registered payment details. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All funds in a Player's account are held solely for the purpose of gameplay on the Platform. The Company does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held in accounts separate from the Company's operational funds.
The Company offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referal bonuses, and VIP loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the promotion and form part of this Agreement.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. All games on the Platform utilise certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined solely by the relevant RNG or live event outcome.
Bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. The Company is not responsible for errors made by Players in the placement of bets, including incorrect bet amounts, incorrect selections, or bets placed in error. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation. Where a technical error results in an incorrect acceptance of a bet, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake to the Player's account.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Winstar4D account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests submitted in connection with a responsible gambling self-exclusion request will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.
Inactive Accounts: An account shall be deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. The Company reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances after due notice has been provided to the registered email address, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Balances inactive accounts will not be forfeited without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms shall always be made available on the Platform.
Where material changes are made to these Terms, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address and/or via a notification within the Platform. "Material changes" include, but are not limited to, changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal terms, bonus terms, prohibited activities provisions, or dispute resolution mechanisms.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law in a Player's jurisdiction provides otherwise. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Company's licensing jurisdiction.
Note: Game results determined by the Platform's certified random number generators are final and are not subject to dispute on the basis of alleged unfairness, provided that the Platform operated in accordance with the applicable game rules at the relevant time.
